Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also appreciated to Prime Minister to send water to Latur people by train . He also offer help to the people of Latur in this time of water crisis.
Kejriwal wrote in a letter to The Prime Minister, Latur is currently facing severe water shortages. The government decided to help them by train to deliver water. Your move is commendable.
He added that it would be a shame for the whole country in India in the 21st century if death of any due to water. It is duty of the whole country in this crisis that we have to help the people of Latur.
He offered to help, saying that people of Delhi ready to give 10 million liters of water every day for the next two months to Latur. If the central government arrange for sending the water to Latur city then government will provide enough water immediately.
He also suggest to the Prime Minister that they have to appeal to help to all chief ministers of india. They hope that the state will definitely help in this noble cause.
