If you have been stressed due to some situation, you must try to listen to your favorite music, either classical or non-classical. It is also supposed, that if you will play and listen calm music, then it will be beneficial for your health. Calm music can reduce blood pressure and can improve hormonal imbalance. In case if you are not fan of classical music, then you can listen to the natural sounds of water flow or of mild wind. There are many apps, which have pre fed musical sounds. Listening to the music can be a great stress buster exercise for anyone.
